The third annual Main Line Jazz & Food Festival is back, taking place once again on the 2nd Sunday in June (6/11) and featuring a huge variety of food and entertainment between Noon and 5pm. More details should be up shortly at the official event website.
The same people who bring you Baggataway Tavern in Conshy have opened “Brothers” in Garrett Hill, where the Brick Bar (and JB Garrett’s) once stood. Setup is pretty much the same as the most recent tenant, JBG’s.

Former chef-owner John Wolferth has sold Sola to Donna Mozzone and new chef David Clouser (recently of Berwyn’s Nectar and the Inn at Montchanin in Delaware). The restaurant’s contemporary American theme will remain the same, with entrees in the 20s.

As we reported, a sign stating that Paoli’s La Voce was closed for renovations appeared a few weeks back. Apparently, the restaurant has closed its doors for good and will give way to a New Orleans-themed restaurant from the people who bring us Gateway’s Appetite’s Delight and Exton’s Appetite’s on Main.
