There’s nothing worse than driving by a favorite BYOB and spotting the dreaded orange PLCB application sign. Well, maybe a few things, but it certainly ranks up there. Driving through Malvern the other day, none other than the orange demon was noticed in the window of Restaurant Alba. Devastation.
